Period hasn’t stopped, it’s been 2weeks!! Help?

My period is going two weeks strong, anyone else have this problem? The lower part of my stomach feels like it’s on fire on the inside. I’m tried of the cramps one week okay but now two weeks without it looking like it’s lightning up. Still passing clots and some discharge like I’m also ovulating so I’m confused because it’s a sticky bloody period on week two when week one was just blood and blood clots. Should I be concerned? When should I contact my doctors?
