TTC help!

I posted in another forum but haven't gotten much feed back so I figured I'd try here since this I were I spend the majority of my time anyway!

So I had my IUD removed on Oct 2nd and the BF and I have been trying to get pregnant ever since.

I've had my periods on time up until this month. One period/ovulation tracker said I was supposed to start my period on the 6th & glo said the 7th. Either way I still haven't started.

My boobs are tender, I'm getting nausea, mood swings and extremely fatigue by the end of my day more than before.

I've taken two test so far. The first one I thought I saw a vvvfl and then the 2nd test I took was a BFN.

Has this happened to any of you ladies? Any advice?
