Neck swollen

Currently taking antibiotics for sinus/ear infection, have been for about 3 days now. Almost all of my symptoms have lessened or stopped (except nausea thanks to sinus drainage and antibiotics). But my neck is still very swollen. It is only swollen on one side, from my collarbone up to the back of my hair, it causes a tightness feeling, and if I put pressure on the swollen area or if I sit in a way that smooshes it between like my chin/jaw and shoulder it causes me to be lightheaded and dizzy. Its very annoying. Should I be concerned? Should I see a doctor?
