Prolapsed uterus natural family planning

I'm almost 3 months postpartum. the last time I had a baby my period returned 28 Days later and maintained a regular cycle with normal cycle cm until I got pregnant again. same thing with my miscarriage I had a cycle 28 days after I gave birth the second time but on cycle day 25 I lifted something way too heavy and prolapsed my uterus with a significant bleed. I haven't had a period since.

I'm trying to use Natural family planning. It's that impossible now?
