Husband sick but me and toddler aren't

2 days ago my husband got a dry cough and bad headache. He SWEARS he has covid. My toddler and I are completely fine, not sick at all. We have no symptoms. We went and got tested today but won't get the results for another 2-3 days. What are the chances my husband actually has covid? We've also been around my family and nobody else is sick, just him. His symptoms are gradually getting "worse??" He has body aches now and still a small cough with headaches. He also says he's cold all the time. No fever at all.

Edit: Results were positive but I'm still not sick
