Child tax credit??

Hello Everyone , 
I’m stressing over money and been putting over time at work . Is not like I am being lazy waiting for the child tax credit . 
For the month of July & August I did receive the child tax credit. Then for September and October I didn’t . It kept showing pending eligibility. I just checked the IRS portal now it says yes, eligible. Did anyone have the same situation and receive their money on the 15th or a check by mail?? I been calling the irs non stop and  I can’t get a live agent .

What about trying to get an appointment at your local office, I can give you a phone number They usually pick up faster on that number rather than the regular 1-800-829-1040. And they usually can tell you over the phone on that number what the status is or if you’re able to make an appointment at your local office

Lazy and child care credit have nothing to do with one another. It’s money you’re eligible for because you have children. 
You should be receiving the money if you’re eligible. Unfortunately you need to get a hold of the irs.
