Frustrated

So my husband and I have been ttc for a little under 7 months now and had a miscarriage back in june. I had spotting about 6 days ago and af was supposed to start yesterday. My bbt spiked today but my pregnancy test have all come back negative. I have taken 6 in the last three days. I have the symptoms: nausea, headaches, mild cramps, etc. Anyone else had this and ended up pregnant. Im always seeing people get positives 8 or 9 dpo and feel like i am just wishful thinking and conceiving myself im pregnant when i may not be.
