Drinking Enough Fluids
Hello! I’m 10w5d right now and I’ve been having intrusive thoughts (I live with anxiety) and I wanted to post here to get some clarity and suggestions. I struggle to drink enough fluids, not because of throwing up (I’ve been lucky and never thrown up) but because I forget, I feel gross, or I’m busy. I honestly drink maybe one water bottle a day at the most of all liquid combined. My brain as been telling me lately that I’m killing my baby by not drinking enough liquids. So my questions are: what are the consequences for the baby of not drinking enough liquids? (Miscarriage?, preterm birth?, defects?, nothing?) and how can I make sure I’m getting more liquids?? Any tips or tricks appreciated. My mind is going nuts and I just need to know some facts and breathe and to try harder. Thank you.
