Is every pregnancy different?

So when I was 17 I found out I was pregnant and had no symptoms at all apart from a missed period. I’m now 29 and Last November I found out I was pregnant for the second time and I had cramping 2 days after intercourse so new something had happened and found out I was pregnant again. I sadly lost both these pregnancy’s and now I don’t know what to expect as I’m TTC again. Do you always have cramps before your missed period or does your tummy feel normal until like 5 weeks? Just curious as to what you guys have felt
