There's a dude at work who I do.not.like. he's gross and creepy and annoying/lazy.. almost lost it

For starters, I work with a large team and I'm in a role of leadership.

So I'm not typically the one who has a bad opinion on coworkers unless they're bad people, in which case I limit interactions as much as possible to protect myself. However there is one associate who aggravates the shit out of me.

I first started coaching this individual because their rate was very low, usual. While I coach people I work for them, that way they get a visual representation of what I'm saying as well as they can -focus on what I'm saying. But this associate is the type of person to keep asking pointless questions that were obviously pulled out of their ass so they don't have to go back to work so you can keep working for them. They're lazy. I quicky caught on and every time they would start to waste my time I would stand there making their rate even worse; waste my time, I'll waste yours. SO eventually I Gave up training this individual because they have absolutely no drive and look for every excuse possible. I have had the heart to heart conversation with them letting them know I know they're bullshitting me and it's not working. They do the bare minimum. Sometimes he gets off station just to ask when break is despite knowing if break isn't at 2 then it's 2:30. It's like he checks in with me to make sure I know what time break is like I'm not the one giving it to him.

Now here's where shit gets creepy..dude is old, nasty, rotten teath, poor hygiene, gut hanging out, white trash. Cool, whatever..you do you. So, I'm hard of hearing and so sometimes I get close to people when I can't hear them, SO NOW WHAT DOES THIS GUY DO?? he talks very low on purpose so I have to get close to him, so he's practically talking in my ear it's fucking creepy and when I realized that's what he's doing on purpose I felt fucking disgusted. Like how creepy. So now I step back and make him speak up when talking to me or I ignore him.

But oh, it gets worse. Dude cut his hair and took a shower and thought he was hot shit. He saw me notice he cut his hair and gave me "fuck me" eyes and tried asking how I was. What. The. Fuck. He tried doing this like 3 times.

This last week, I had to move his station 4 times due to company needs and the floor I work on is quite large. One of the times I moved him he ended up wandering off..I saw him down the runway and It was to far and loud to yell, so I waved him down. Dude straight up looked at me and walked away faster, didn't look back after that. I had to RUN after him before he took the corner. I was pressed for time because I had something else to do that was more important than chasing an associate that isn't worth it. I looked at him like he was stupid and I said "where are you going?" He said "to find you". I bout laid into his ass, having me run after your fat ass like you walk like that all the time. He does shit the wrong way on purpose and plays the i didn't know card or blames other people. Dude fr just pisses me off and creeps me out.
