Fluid in baby’s kidney 36 weeks

I am already nervous about my baby this time around because he has a two vessel cord. At my 20 week and 28 week scans, the 2 vessel cord was considered isolated. But at my growth scan today at 36 weeks they see that his left kidney is enlarged and has fluid. I didn’t opt for additional genetic testing (didn’t get it in the first trimester) since I’ll probably have this baby within 3 weeks but im feeling really nervous that my baby has some sort of underlying condition. His femurs are also short at 8% percentile.

The docs didn’t seem too worried and just said baby’s pediatrician will need to do an ultrasound on my baby when he’s a week old, but after my first baby was 100% perfect the whole time and now having not one but TWO things that show in only 1% of pregnancies I’m feeling anxious. I wish I could know everything is okay.
