Period

What are some reasonings for bleeding 12 days straight? It has not been heavy , more like spotting here and there but at night , I usually have a normal flow. I’m on day 12 now & it is just the brown like spotting 🥴 I have never really had irregular periods , the longest I’ve ever bled was 7 days before hand. I did have a baby 5 months ago & since my baby was about 3 months , I have had my period for 7 days be off two weeks then have another period . This month I started bleeding two weeks after my previous period and have not stopped yet 😭 Just curious on if I need to make an appointment to talk w a doctor & see what the deal is or if it’s normal after a baby . 🧐
