Right sided abdominal pain

Hey everyone!

This is my first pregnancy, we had help of a fertility specialist, but I am having right sided abdominal pain. I am not bleeding and the pain does come and go. I’m not sure if I’m hypersensitive to my body or if this is something I need to be concerned about. I have PCOS.

My first ultrasound is next Friday. I have called the OB and tried to have the appointment moved however, the clinic does not seem worried about my symptoms.

Just looking for some advice, tips, or reassurance!
