Late period

I’m BF on demand my 18 mo old but have had my cycle back since he was 6mo. I’ never missed but now have not have a cycle for 2 months almost (since tech October isn’t over yet) has this ever happened to anyone? All at home pregnancy test have been negative. I have been stressed overwhelmed recently but nothing where I feel effected by it. Could it just be BF? Has anyone at home pregnancy test been negative and go to the Doctor and be positive???

I’m slightly freaking out of all the things that could be wrong 😅
