Transfer advice??

What kind of advice do you have for first time transfers, for success! Certain diet, exercise, etc. TIA

Same. Follow your doctors orders and that’s really all you can do. Keep up with the meds and take them at the same time every day. Only thing I did that was an “old wise tail” was I had McDonald’s fries on my way home from my transfer! Haha! I never eat there so it was like, “hey, why not?!” Lol I’m currently 12 weeks and 5 days with my first FET! Good luck!!

Honestly, a lot are myths that people say.. I just followed my drs orders and my frozen was successful and I'm almost 20 weeks with an untested 5 day embryo.
