Girlfriend took proposal back...

I've been with my girlfriend for 11 years. She always told me she will marry me when she thinks we are ready and she's the one who decides that. So I was supposed to let her propose. I've been a very patient girlfriend. Only brought it up a few times in our 11 years together. Years and years went by and she did a big proposal in front of my family with the pride flag and a beautiful ring. I of course said yes. I'm 34 and really want children and she said she's ready. Yesterday she asked for my ring. Took it back and took the whole proposal back. She gave the ring to her best friend because she said I'm not ready for marriage.
