Baby sick - advice

This is her first time being sick

She’s 11 months old

A occasional cough and sneeze and running nose

With a fever of 100.4

Anything I can do? I’m calling her doctor tomorrow.

I have saline spray & Tylenol is helping with the fever.

Should I be worried? Ugh I feel so bad for her. She was outside this morning and it was cold, we went to an outdoor garden/flower walk to get some air but it was chillier than what’s she’s used to. She was dressed accordingly except I forgot her hat. ☹️
