Ruptured ovarian Cyst went to ER NEED ADVICE

I basically fainted got light headed dizzy nauseous I couldn't see anything I couldn't talk or pick myself up. Is this common when a cyst is ruptured? Me and husband were having sex I was fine till I got up to go to the bathroom and I felt so weak could barely walk or talk. I felt like I couldn’t breathe. I felt like I was fading away but the thought of the people who need me helped me stay awake. It was traumatizing... to say the least. I’m just wondering is this what happens? When can I have sex again? I went to er all tests were normal until I did a CT and it showed ruptured... also did this mess up my ovary? Please ladies. Thank you in advance.
