Need help . Ik plan b makes your period late for a week

I’m very on top of my period. I had unprotected sex took a plan b after . I figured the plan b would push it back which is normal. That has happened before but I’m have early symptoms of pregnancy. I’ve taken 3 test so far and all are negative. I’m already about to be a month late I don’t wanna wait any longer I don’t think I’ll be a good mother. I have nothing to offer a child. I noticed brown red-ish discharge for about a week.
