Is it my fault?

Many of you have prbly read... 
So I wanted my bf and I to go to puerto rico for his bday.. but long story short, he ditched me and went with his frnds and had me give 3000 for his bday, saying I was trying to sabatoge his bday coz he isn't spending it with me and was telling me to lose his number.  So I got scared and gave him 3000, preety much paid his trip.  
He never once txted me when he was there,  and hes back and I txted him and never txted me back.  
P.s after I had given him the money, he started acting shady, didn't want to tell me when he was coming back so I was upset and went off on him saying to break up with me if hes planning on cheating on me.
What did I do wrong? 😭😭😭

The only thing you did wrong was become so desperate to keep somebody that you let them bully you into giving them money they didn’t deserve

literally all comments said dont give him money and he can pay for his own trip, yet you decided to do the opposite and give him money and pay for his trip
so yes its all your fault and you did wrong
literally so many people told you it was stupid and you did it anyway

just block him already, cuz he will for sure be back eventually to try to get all that he can get from you!

Yes, I'm sorry but it is your own fault.
He was showing you some pretty toxic behavior and you still decided to let him use you and your hard earned money.this unfortunately happens when you are caught up with a toxic and abusive partner.
He used you for money and I hope that's sign enough that he should be your ex and move on.
Out with him, get yourself some therapy to heal and deal with the damage he's done and have a happier life!

Take it as a $3000 payout to get him out of your life and move on. He’s shown you several times what his intentions are and how invested he is in you. Let go so you can move on with your life and find someone who will meet you on equal playing grounds. You deserve so much better.
