Heart shaped uterus???

This is my second pregnancy, my baby is laying sideways just like his sister did and I needed a c section with my first because she was not head down. I really really want to have a vbac, but it seems like he just can’t turn due to the dip in my uterus…

Anyone on here have a heart shaped uterus and still were able to have a vaginal birth?! I wanna hear successful stories. i’m losing hope here and it’s my last baby. I really wanted to experience a vaginal birth with this one.
