Belly grew too fast

So my manager came up to me and told me to go buy new clothes because mine let my belly peak out a tiny bit...sometimes, and accidentally. I'm only 11 weeks I refuse to buy new clothes I have to save money for when I REALLY need something for myself. I understand that it's inappropriate but I really don't have extra money to just throw around...
