14 month old still not eating 😩

I made a post before about my daughter not really wanting to eat much only milk I was able to atleast get her to eat almost all of her breakfast, little snacks for lunch, but for dinner time I usually just give her what I end up eating but for the most part she throws it on the floor 😩 then she ends up wanting lots of milk before bedtime even waking up at night for a bottle sometimes. Please any tips on how to help her eat more before bedtime. I don’t want to keep giving her the same thing everyday and she ends up getting tired of it.
