Low HCG, not doubling, still possible?

First bloodwork was 12piui and my HCG level was 19 (labs were sent and processed through Quest Diagnostics)

2nd bloodwork 72 hours later, HCG level was 36 (but labs were sent to a different place, UniLab)

Going in for my 3rd bloodwork tomorrow and they’re going to send the results to UniLab so we get consistent comparison to confirm for sure whether this is a chemical miscarriage. Apparently each lab processes things differently, so my first HCG # of 19 may be skewed. Do I have any Hope? Any success stories such as my situation?? Or more than likely this is a early miscarriage? Need honesty 😔
