When or if you’re pregnant now

Do you eat healthy everyday? I have been eating so unhealthy but it’s because I just crave so much unhealthy foods…😩 what do you eat in one Day?

Before being pregnant with my first I weighed 117 lbs. I ate mostly healthy, I never craved any junk or fast food, as soon as I get to the restaurant, the smell would make me sick, I hated most of the food I loved pre-pregnancy, especially anything with Alfredo sauce. Still by the end of my pregnancy I somehow gained 70 lbs. Baby was healthy 7.7 lbs
My second my pre-pregnancy weight was 119lbs. I craved everything mostly unhealthy and anything spicy and sweet. I ate everything I craved. Gained 17 lbs, had my baby at 36 weeks via scheduled c-sections for health reasons, baby weighed 5.2 lbs. So I had 2 totally different experiences with 2 unexpected outcomes.

I eat semi healthy 🤣 I try not to go overboard on junk and don’t eat it every day. I balance as much as my cravings let me!

When I was pregnant I didn’t eat healthy at all 😂 simply the smell of vegetables made me sick. I made sure to take pregnancy vitamins so I was getting all the important stuff still.

I had taco bell today. It's a balancing process.  I try to eat salads and other healthy options and only fast food twice a week.

Varies on my mood. Like I can go weeks eating healthy and watching my portions but just last week my husband baked cookies and I ate about 20 out of 34, in 2-3 days 🥴. So yeah I am no help 😅

I eat what I crave 🤷🏼‍♀️ I was underweight pre-pregnancy and now I’m in my normal BMI range so I eat whatever I feel like eating

I eat what I can, I don’t eat the healthiest not pregnant but having severe “morning” sickness, I’ll eat whatever stays down. In my prior pregnancies I never had cravings, still awfully sick but no cravings, with this one if I don’t eat exactly what I’m craving I’ll throw up for days.
