High Risk HPV

I just found out that I have high risk HPV. My gyno’s office apparently doesn’t screen for it during papsmears until you’re 30 so this is why it’s just now being detected. I have to go in for a cervical biopsy soon. I’ve been with my husband for 10 years and have not been with anyone else since then. So is it possible I got it before i met my husband? Or from him? Does anyone have any similar stories to ease my mind?
