Maternity bag

Hi all

I know there's a lot of information online about what should be packed for labour but just thought I should ask mummys who have already had a baby in a hospital. Do hospitals provide labour gowns or do I need to bring my own? NHS website says to bring three nighties and three change of clothes which I am happy to do but seems a bit excessive to me.

For baby, do I need to bring any bottles if I plan of breastfeeding? And I'll try to express colostrum starting next week, currently 35 weeks at the advice of my midwife. Do I need to buy the harvesting kit myself or will this be provided by the hospital at next appointment which will be at 36 weeks.thanks all xxx
