Anyone has continuous cramping in first trimester?

This is my second pregnancy and I'm 5w6d, had a mc in May at 6w3d. I've been getting quite a bit of cramps in the last few days on a daily basis, just wondering if anyone else has this.hve my first app on Monday and I'm praying all is well, I'm just worried.

I've had pretty consistent cramps since 5 weeks and I am now 9 weeks. Baby has been checking out fine and has a very strong heart beat. My cramps can get so bad that I have to squat or bend over but they are mostly dull period like cramps.

From what I understand, cramping is normal as long as it isn't accompanied by heavy bleeding. I've had light cramps every now and then and I don't think they've been cause for concern. I hope and pray all goes well for you!

As long as there's no blood to go with the cramps, it's normal. Cramps when you're bleeding is normal AF symptoms... Cramps while pregnant is your muscles and uterus preparing for baby :)
