Package- multi (2IVF 2FET) or 1IVF 
Based on your experience with IVF what would you do? 
My background 
2018-2021 
5 pregnancies all early miscarriages never to 8 weeks.  (Recurrent miscarriages) nothing they can find wrong. Already did multiple IUI as well. Never pregnant with IUI. 
Infertility makes you think not positive about the first time working since I’ve been let down. I am leaning toward multi cycle but would love to hear how many tries it took everyone.

It is definitely a hard choice. 
I didn’t have any options like that. 
I have done two frozen transfers and they haven’t worked even with pgt normal. So we are running out of embryos. I definitely would of wanted an option like that. But everyone’s outcome is soo different.

It’s a hard choice, do they suspect any reason for your miscarriages? If they suspect a egg quality issue it might be better to do the package. If they don’t believe there any issues with your eggs, maybe just 1 cycle. Either way I would do PGT testing on your embryos. I’m so sorry for your losses.

I would only pay for 1 up front. That way if it works you won’t overpay, but if it doesn’t work you will only have to pay a few thousand more than if you pay for multiple cycles up front. 
I’d also make sure that they test your embryos and possibly do an autoimmune panel to see why you have had so many miscarriages.

I think the package may be worth it; but it’s a gamble. Unexplained infertility (1 natural miscarriage) and we did 1 IVF retrieval and got 4 normal embryos (PGS tested). First FET failed and second one worked.

We paid all in around 25k,ivf icsi w/ no pgs, and it worked first round . We have 3 more embryos frozen. 
We had two miscarriages, full complete work up for both of us and nothing found to be wrong, 3 rounds of IUI after trying medicated natural cycles too.
It was worth it for us, but you go into it not knowing … so it’s hard to say .

This is tough. It's a total gamble! I paid for a multi cycle program but got pregnant on the first try, so I overpaid. But if the worst happens and I lose the baby I get to try again. That reassurance is nice but it's an expensive one!
If I had your history of losses I would lean towards the reassurance of a multi cycle plan, if I could afford it.

It took us 1 cycle. Our "base" price was 12.5k, but ended up paying around 25k total (no PGS) after meds and coordination with urology.
