Should i switch doctors?

I had my first appointment with my midwife & the midwife herself was great & she has amazing reviews but her office/staff left me feeling unsettled. When I went to do my urine sample, the bathroom was disgusting, i put my hand on the shelf to grab a cup and my hand got covered in this brown/red nasty liquid that covered the shelf. Then at the end of the appointment i asked my doctor if i had a uti in my urine sample because i was having some symptoms & she says that she didn’t know and would ask the nurse who did my urine sample. After the doctor leaves the nurse comes back and explains how she needs me to pee again because she dumped my urine before testing it… the front desk also literally NEVER answers the phone & the lady who called me to go over my blood labs called me again the next day & forgot she had already gone over them with me. I want to switch but i don’t know if i’m being over-dramatic or not
