bump on the inside of my armpit?

so this is gonna be kind of a long story but the other day i found this bump on my armpit, my aunt said it was probably an ingrown hair but there is no like entry hole or whatever it’s under my skin so i wasn’t sure if it could be that, she told me it could be a swollen lymphnode too bc apparently my grandpa used to get those all the time, she assured me it isn’t cancer but i recently had a miscarriage back in July & read something about that can increase the risk of breast cancer? (i shouldn’t read online because then it makes me worried sick) im not sure what to think & i didn’t know if this was actually a normal thing that some girls get that i didn’t know about? I also just found out im pregnant like 2 days ago so could it be something with that?
