I don’t understand......progesterone

I’ve had 5 draws so far for betas and progesterone. My betas are doubling but my progesterone is going up and down. Why is this happening?! Below are my numbers of the 5 draw:

4.1 - 14.3

4.3 - 12.8

4.5 - 14.8

5 - 14.9

5.2 (this past weds) - 11.3

I’m just freaking out bc it dropped to 11.3! I don’t understand what is going on! When it dropped to 12.8 I was freaking out and my OB wasn’t co concerned. It went back up to higher than it had been prior to dropping to 12.8 and now it dropped to 11.3! I don’t understand what is happening! I don’t ever remember it fluctuating with my other 3 pregnancies and my number was definitely higher. I got back for another draw tonight, but because the progesterone has to be sent out i won’t get that test back until most likely Sunday or Monday unlike my betas that I get back within a few hours of the draw. Did anyone else’s progesterone numbers fluctuate like this? I’m pretty sure my Dr likes to see numbers above 10, but from my understanding I thought progesterone wasn’t supposed to drop 😩
