Tips for starting labor?

I’m 38 weeks, 2cm dilated and 60% effaced. This is my second pregnancy, the doctor said today with the way my cervix/baby’s head is positioned ... once labor does start it will be quick 😁. I’ve been drinking once a day red raspberry leaf tea, I bounce on my exercise ball once in a while but the bouncing makes me feel sick 🤮. My doctor said baby’s head just needs to drop a litttttleeeee bit further for labor to start. Any tips?!?!
