Spotting

Worked an 8 hour shift and then went shopping at target afterwards and stopped in the target bathroom to go pee and wiped and there was light pink spotting on the toilet paper. Afterwards, I felt a lot of pressure in my lower back and butthole lol. It suddenly stopped after a few mins. I don’t know what to do though. Is this normal? I checked her heart rate with my doppler and it was 140s-150s and I’m currently laying down and feel her moving around. So idk this is my first and I just feel lost in what to do.
