intramural fibroid please respond

So I have a 1.5 cm intramural fibroid inside the lining of my uterus. I got the ultrasound because I swore I had PCOS last year and this year because every since my miscarriage in July 2018 my period have been extremely irregular and I’ve gained weight. Last year I had 3 period. This year I’ve had every cycle my sept cycle was 11 days late and now this cycle is 10 days late. I never get EGG WHITE CM. BUT tracking with PREMOM it seems like I have my ovulation. Is the fibroid causing infertility? My doctor say my test results are normal but I started taking MYO instiol and I feel like it brought my period back
