For what? You probably do not need this.

I've never used it, but as a general rule, never mess with your vagina by introducing random products. Unless you're having some real weird stuff going on,  you probably don't need it. If you're worried about odor or itching, ask your doc first. It may be something that needs attention like a yeast infection. But a certain amount of smell is normal.

I’d say eat your probiotics instead of inserting them, yoghurt and fresh fruit and veg is always good for you, turmeric shots are great too! I don’t think you should really put anything else inside (apart from tampons or moon cups) maybe wash the outside with a product that is approved by your gynaecologist but that’s about it

I’ve used these they work amazing, most of my girlfriends use them too ! Jus can’t use it while pregnant
