Laparoscopy - operation with results!

Question

I had an operation last week as I had pains on my left side of abdomen and 2 miscarriages. 
The doctor saw that I had scar tissue on my left ovary so had this removed. Prior to that I hadn’t been on any form of contraception and wasn’t able to get pregnant. The doc said now this may increase chances of getting pregnant.
Has anyone had this or similar and how long did it take to get pregnant?

I had this before I got pregnant with my daughter it took about 8 months afterwards for me to get pregnant. I just had to do it again a few months ago because of the same problems not sure if it comes back over time but it did for at least. It helped with the pain an I have periods again but they are light at best. Good luck. They best thing I found that help me get pregnant was checking temps and peeing on the little sticks that tell you if your in season. Lol laugh because it’s never easy. My babies have 15 years between them because of fertility problems. Good luck and stay positive
