What are must haves to put on baby registry?

First time mom here! 🙋🏼‍♀️ What are some must haves to put on a baby registry? I’m currently 14 weeks pregnant and I’m thinking of starting a registry so we have stuff on there for Christmas ideas for our families. I would also appreciate specific brands if one is better then another. Thanks!! ☺️

Velcro swaddles! Don’t register for clothes or blankets or baby hats or mittens you will get all that anyways. And then some kind of baby wrap or ring sling.

You'll find some things people love and others hate. Are you hoping to breastfeed? Are you a minimalist or want everything that will make it easier? Do you live in mostly warm/cold weather or a mix? Do you have lots of room to get multiple similar items (pack and play, crib, bassinet, etc)? 
I was a minimalist with my first and now buy the things my friends swear by for my second. I didn't need maternity clothes until month 7 with my first but I needed them at week 2 with my second 😅

I read so many reviews and ruled out pretty much all of the Graco jogging strollers (car seat was Graco so wanted compatible stroller but these all god bad reviews) as well as the super crazy expensive jogging strollers (BOB, etc.) before finding this one.  It is compatible with our Graco car seat without an adapter and it does SO well on any kind of terrain!  We have loved this and prefer it to our other lighter-weight, more travel-friendly but not as functional stroller.

Arms up swaddled because some babies don't like their arms being swaddled in. I used the Love to Dream ones and they worked amazing for the first 3 months or so. I'd recommend getting the 3 month ones because the baby can grow into it. I had a small baby and after she was born I also got the newborn size. 
Also, I'd recommend asking for wipes, diapers (newborn-size 3), zipper onesies, long sleeve clothes (newborns get cold easy even if you have a summer baby), a car seat (I got a Graco extend to fit Convertible one that works amazing), jogging stroller with baby car seat adapter (Graco modes travel system), toddler Convertible crib with at least 3 fitted sheets, diaper backpack (RUVALINO Multifunction Travel Backpack), and diaper creams (Desitin, Triple Paste, Aquaphor or petroleum jelly, etc). I focused on a lot of nursing products too and used basically none of them. If you're planning on pumping you can get a free one through insurance and I had luck with regular coconut oil from the grocery store for lubrication. No other products were worth it for me. Oh, and ask for many different types of baby bottles and sippy cups. Every kid is different and sometimes it takes awhile to find which one your kid will like so ask for 1-3 of like 5 different baby bottles and sippy cups.
