Sleep help

Makenzie

Hi mamas,

Since daylight saving time, my 20 month old has started waking up at 6am which is only giving her about 9 hours of sleep at night. For naps, I’m lucky to get a little over 1 hour but before the switch, she was sleeping 10-11 hours at night. Her schedule looked like this:

7-7:30am wake

Nap 1-1:30pm

Wake by 2-2:30pm

Bed 8pm

This was working perfectly but now she’s up at 6am. How should I start adjusting her schedule? I want to try getting it back to where it was but just not sure if I should try keeping it the same or just go off of how she woke up today. For example, she woke up at 6am today, should I make nap earlier & bedtime earlier? Thanks guys
