Ovulation Testing

So I’ve recently bought a kit to start testing and I’ve been testing every day first thing in the morning. My predicted date is tomorrow and so far all my test have not showed a peak. I read it’s better to test later in the day but I work. Could I have missed my peak bc I’m testing too early? Maybe I’m ovulating later than predicted but I’m just nervous I’m testing too early. I work during the recommended hours for testing so I don’t know what to do.
