Anybody else’s toddler have random bad sleep days/nights?

My son has never been a good sleeper. Partially my fault for not doing a schedule.

He usually sleeps ok through the night, maybe wake once or twice for some milk (hes 14.5 months). But otherwise not so bad. Though i know others his age never wake at night and sleep perfectly

However some nights like last night, he just randomly cant sleep. Tantrums. Cant seem to find anything wrong just randomly hes doing this?

He naps twice a day still and is usually ok. So im confused why this randomly happens
