Baby Weekly Measurements

So, very stupid question. When we read about our babies length and weight, is that what they are at the beginning of the week we are starting (so at the conclusion of the previous week’s development) or what they will be at the end of the week that we are starting/reading about?

So if I just started week 19 for example, is the 6 inch measurement for the beginning or the end of week 19?
