ectopic pregnancy or cyst

i was told at 4 weeks & 0 days & hcg was at 32 that i could be having an ectopic but it was to early to tell because of how early i was so i went back 2 days later they said my hcg was at i believe 170 something and they said there was something out of the ordinary by my right fallopian tube then i went to my ob at 5 weeks and 6 days and told them what the hospital told me she said that sometimes when you’re pregnant you develop cyst but they didn’t do an ultrasound they just took my blood and said if something is wrong they call be back earlier. i don’t have an ultrasound until the 24th… im now 7 weeks and 1 day i don’t have any pain but occasional cramping here and there and they haven’t called me…im only 18 and truthfully i don’t have a relationship with my mom so i can’t talk to her about it im just scared and i’m hoping you ladies can comment your experiences if you have had an ectopic before
