Clomiphene, letrozole or both?
Did 6 rounds of letrozole, fewer follicles, 20-22mm, ET 6-8.
Started clomiphene, 6 follicles 28-32mm, ET 3-4.
One improves my ET but does not produce much follicles, the other gives me big nice follicles but degrades MY ET.
I'm 39 with one kid trying for another.
Any suggestions how to improve ET.
