Padsicles or Cooling pads

Anyone else going to make them some padsicles to try or have any of you mama did this before? I heard they're amazing once you get home and have to go to the bathroom and stuff. I heard they help a lot. I made me a batch Thursday...I hope they work like the women have been saying!
