My vagina is swollen

So my vagina is completely swollen on the inside and I can feel my cervix if I put my finger inside. I’m a week late on my period now & wondering if this is something that happens to other people? I’ve never experienced it before. Everything feels heavy inside & I made my Fiancé feel it and he agrees it is not normal.

Took a test earlier today and it was negative, but I’ll take another in the morning before I give up on that theory. Advice? Anyone relate?
