4 months nap time and bed time

Hi momma's

If you have a 4 month old how many naps is your baby taking on average and for how long?

What time are you generally putting your baby to bed? Do you dream feed at this age? How many feedings during the night are you giving?

My 4 mo old takes 3-4 naps around 45min-1 hour

Bedtime is 10-1030pm. And 2-3 feedings between 2-7am. Exclusively breastfeeding.

Please share!

I'd like to bring back his bedtime to closer to 9pm and eventually 8pm by 5 months.
