Advice ?

My ex constantly cheated on me I recently found out he gave me herpes so I’ve tried to make it work but he’s still cheating and hurting me breaking me down. I feel as I only stayed because I don’t think no one will love me for me because I have a uncurable std if I didn’t get stuck with this I promise I would’ve left I wish Things could be different I’m young still in my early 20s. I never met someone so nasty and conniving I constantly go back because I don’t want transmit it to anyone unlike him
