hey guys! so i got mono when i was about 13-14 years old . i’m now 22 and it spiked up again. i got sick october 27th. i went to the hospital november 9th and they told me it was mono and to give myself a week to recover and be feeling fine.

i’ve been feeling insanely better since the hospital visit with just some fatigue here and there and some minor back pain from my spleen being enlarged

but my question is

WHEN CAN I KISS MY BOYFRIEND!? or even have sex. I haven’t kissed him since i’ve been sick. i’m dying hahaha. it’s been 18 days since i’ve gotten sick. 5 days since the hospital visit.

if anyone can help me out or share some personal experience if you’ve had mono that would be great. ❤️ (google keeps telling me to wait 6 months but that seems extreme)
