Pregnant or Not?

I got my first pregnancy test about a week and a half ago took two more just to confirm thinking it was a fluke. Both came back positive. They were faint lines but positive none the less. Then my fiancé suggested I test again on Sunday just for that extra confirmation have a test that is CLEARLY undeniably positive. So Sunday rolled around and I took 5 tests (4 rapid response and 1 digital) and here’s the kicker. THEY ALL CAME BACK NEGATIVE! I’m so confused. I already told work and a few friends I was pregnant. I don’t really want to tell them “hey just kidding” until I know what’s going on for sure. I have a doctors appointment next week and plan to talk to them about it. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Or have any suggestions as to how I should proceed?
